Willow Creek Horses in the Morning Mist

Beautiful weather today February 15th 2011. I went walking down by the frozen dams, horses and cattle all getting along well. They all look well and quite fat, they have very full bellies. I had the dogs with me Minnie Farley Natch and little Tess, they did well walking because they stayed on top of the snow whilst I struggled, my weight took me down and the snow was over my boots, what a work out who needs a gym!

Dates for Kids Camp is set and will be July 10th to the 16th, I have had lots of inquires and some kids are booked in already so please email, phone or fax me if you want a spot. Sorry we had to put prices up this year cost is $350.00

We will  be having our annual ride and walk for Breast Cancer May 7th so please put it on your calendar

There will be more information on the two events in a few weeks. We are also hoping to have Dave Dancy come along and give a couple of clinics this year. I still have to confirm dates with Dave so please watch the Blog for dates and times

Folks have been asking about Ally, our mare that fractured her Rt humerous. Well its a good report, Ally has had up to now a good winter, her leg has healed well and I do believe she will be able to be ridden this year I am very pleased with her, it was a lot of hard work and thank goodness for E3AFA for horses which was my treatment of choice and without which I don’t think she would have made it. ( anyone interested in this supplement go to www.e3liveforhorses.com )  Ally of course is a favourite of mine and must admit she is rather spoiled.

John and I are looking forward to a great season, it will be our 9th, big party for our 10th next year.

Take Care, winter is nearly over and as you all know I just love the green.

Bette
